  • We understand the challenges faced by Wireless broadband providers and private cable operators.

    We have worked with your industry for seven years, and know how to deal with those challenges. VoIP quality and reliability issues occur in three places: Inside your network, from the customer premise equipment (CPE) to your border router. This is the part where you have 100% control - control over latency, control over congestion and control over prioritization of time-critical voice packets. In your border router - here we tend to see an additional 30ms to even 60 ms latency due to the amount of processing going on in the router. And in some networks, there is a second NAT translation occurring in the border router - and double NAT is a real problem for VoIP! In the public switched Internet from your border router to the carrier switch. This part is outside of everyone's control. Bottom line: When you have CPE registering through your network, through the border router, across the Internet to the carrier switch you have problems. High latency, possible double NAT and no way to diagnose problems. So finger pointing ensues and your customers are not happy.

  • We have a solution.

    We will place a full switch node inside your network, on servers your provide. This node includes multiple virtual machines: redundant soft switches, SIP routers, registration servers and packet capture servers. Not to mention a full featured hosted PBX platform. These soft switches then proxy traffic to our cloud of redundant switches. Advantages are clear: You have 100% control over the traffic from the CPE to the switch. No more finger pointing. You also save bandwidth, because registration packets, keepalive packets and any subscriber to subscriber calls etc stay inside your network. You also have full access to diagnostic tools and packet capture servers, so you can support your customers with ease. But we operate that switch node, just as we do our own - so you focus on your business and we run the switch.

  • We are flexible.

    You can handle tier 1 tech support, or we can (and answer with your name if you want) You can pay us wholesale and use your own billing system (so you can bundle VoIP with Internet etc), or pay us wholesale and use OUR billing system with your merchant services gateway, or use our billing system and our merchant services...or you can combine those options - use your billing system for your residential and small business trunking customers, and use our billing system for larger, complex business customers - since our system automatically bills for usage charges such as toll free minutes and international calling. And our billing system can be branded to you. We can provide online signup branded to you. We can provide a customer facing portal branded to you, including service management (add lines, add numbers in real time, pull call detail reports etc), invoicing/payments (if you are using our billing system), frequently asked questions, tech support tools and more. We can auto provision many residential and small business analog telephone adapters, gateways and IP phones. You can purchase needed customer equipment from us, or buy direct. We support it the same way, and will auto-provision it no matter where you purchase.

  • We help you close and set up business customers.

    Residential is easy - you configure the ATA, drop it in and you are done. Complex business customers and hosted PBX...not so easy. There are hundreds of features in our PBX. You are the experts in delivering wireless Internet - we are the experts in figuring our if a PBX is the right solution for a customer, helping them make a decision, then gathering needed information to configure the PBX. So: our sales engineers will work with you to close that high margin business without you tying up your staff.
